This was the absolute WORST hotel The entire place reeked of mold and smoke, and the mold was visibly everywhere?walls, ceilings, even in the bathroom! Speaking of the bathroom, it was beyond disgusting?honestly, the worst part of the whole experience.

Location is central and close to everything.

Upon check-in, the room was found in unsanitary condition (hair on the floor, hair in the bedding, and a strong sewage odor). Visible mold was present on the headboard and the room appeared generally unmaintained. Additionally, a rat was observed inside the building. I became ill during my stay, which I suspect was related to mold exposure. The hotel presents multiple health and sanitation concerns and should not be listed without corrective action.

Breakfast good. Staff very kind, welcoming and accommodating.

The a/c was either too cold or too humid. Could hear a lot of noise in the halls from other guests. Not the hotels fault, the people were just loud.

The hotel is 95% Indians They were playing very loud music in their roomsThere is no AC in the hotel , only in your room ( elevator ,lobby and restaurant has no AC)The bathroom is very old and bad smell The sheets are not clean The towels are dirtyYou have to use two different elevators to reach your room which was very inconvenient with your luggage and daily access

Good pool and staff is helpful.

No balcony in the rooms was strange

Overall, good value for money with a comfortable stay and friendly staff. The facilities are decent and well-maintained, however, the swimming pool closes early. Rooms were cleaned daily, but some essential hotel amenities, such as a one-time toothbrush and slippers etc were missing. Breakfast was diverse, with a focus on Indian cuisine.

As two women traveling alone, we encountered some guests who were bothering us, even following us to our floor and room. Although we never initiated any interaction, some strangers even called our room using the hotel phone. We reported this to the staff, but no action was taken. We left the next day.

Staff were friendly, it was rather cheap.

The rooms are small, no balcony and rubbish view

The room looked clean at first glance. On closer look, however, there were stains and greasy residues from days gone by everywhere. The bed base consisted almost entirely of stains. The room smelled strangely of mold. After sleeping, you always felt sick in the morning. Other guests also turned the hallway into a living room in the morning and talked loudly.

Breakfast was great, rooms were clean. Rooftop bar was nice and service was top notch. Lost a key card and reception returned at no additional cost! Within walking distance to central phuket and close to many good restauraunts

Could not use keycards to access the downstairs access door. was slightly tedious having to go all the way up to reception and use the other lifts to access our rooom which was on the ground floor.

Great staff, lovely pool

The pool is up on the rooftop where the bar is, however you can’t take your own food or drink in the restaurant/bar which is fair, but I had to hand over a litre bottle of water I was carrying to go to the pool which I think is a bit far

Good location. Room itself was extremely clean and spacious. Comfortable bed. Great room service choices.

The location is off a main road not so great to walk on but also not next to the main tourist strip.

4*?!!!Big joke! everything bad outweighs the good in this place.You are lucky if you read this and have opportunity don’t stay here.

Bedding and towels were gray even if they were clean.The place was not cheap, but cheaper than another places and 4*… I thought would be ok for a few nights. Was Biggest mistake!

Facilities are really nice and staff were really attentive.

Humidity in the hotel is very high, the walls in passage and room are constantly wet. Not sure what the issue is, it's as if the problems are just painted over and many paint marks in room. Neat but seems like a quick fixTheres also roosters nearby that start making a noise really early

Great location and the bed is SO comfy!!

Some of the pillows & bedding had stains and had a smell to it but reception were very quick and helpful to sort it out.

The location was good

It was a basic hotel. The room was in fair condition with the standard amenities, however the room wasn't very clean. The internet wasn't particularly fast. The lighting was terrible.

We liked the pool area and the well maintained rooms. A little away from main patong area however they have shuttl service till beach. They serve you with an amazing Blue tea drink when you arrive and you are going to cherish the taste for the rest of thailand trip.

There were many broken chairs near the pool area and the quality of the beverages served were not good inj quality. They can improve their pool baar very much as orange juice was also served from concentrate and not fresh. The red wine was a disaster.

i was very excited staying in the hotel. I d like to mention cleaning staff, they were nice (new bed linen and new towels every day) , thanks a lot! Also perfect location! The most popular Bangla road, the market , the mall , Patong beach in ten min from the hotel to reachThanks to hotel staff - Lena, Benz, Cena, Kot, Pex , Prim, Max!!! you re best ever!

The room was nice and clean ,the bed was comfortale the bar terrace was good but the main plus point of my stay were the staff they were all fantastic helpful and kind and a real asset to the hotel.

Only one gripe really and that was the location it was quite a long way away from anything so it got quite expensive having to take taxi's all the time.

Having to service the aircon myself the smell in the room was terrible when we arrived so we cleaned the filters in the shower i see other guests jave made they same complaint
